Tried to bring it up slowly

Tried to bring the TCS transmitter up on the variac. The relay in the power supply is making a really loud buzzing sound. Did a bunch of troubleshooting, and it looks like it may be bad. Will try a few more things, but finding a replacement may be quite difficult.
